Hey babes!!

Whoa, it has been a long time since we've caught up! But it's for a good reason! I got so burnt out from over working that I was forced to slow down and rest. Resting allowed my mind slow down and BOOM I was finally confronted with feeling the shame from my sexual trauma bc I finally had the SPACE to think about things.

These last 2 months have been so confronting and painful but now that i'm coming out the other side what I've learned and how I feel makes it all worth it.

We are done running.

I am back with another podcast episode and this one is a HUGE lesson that I've come to learn from diving deep into my shadows particularly the shadow AVOIDANCE. Avoiding speaking my truth has gotten me into situations that were detrimental to my mental health and well being.

Remaining silent in my pain only amplified the pain and made me feel completely isolated and alone in my struggles.

But when I started to speak up my life changed for the better....DRASTICALLY. This was an epiphany that so many of us need to have in order to move forward in life and I hope this episode empowers you to start being REAL about how you feel and know that you matter!

Hey Babes!

I'm back with another episode and this one is all about THE INNER CHILD! We cannot heal from our sexual trauma without acting FEELING the emotions associated with our abuse. I talk about how it is still hard for me to connect with what happened to me in a compassionate way and how I still feel numb at times.

Seeing my younger self as a separate entity has really helped me so empathy for myself the same way I do for others.
