A proposito di questo titolo

Are you in a tough season of life right now? Do you lock yourself in the bathroom just to get a moment of peace? Do you feel stuck in a cycle of picking yourself up, only to get knocked down again? Are waves of anxiety crashing over you constantly?

The Holy Spirit has led this podcast from day one, and I’ve been praying it would meet you exactly where you are. I’m here to help you stand back up—and stay standing. I want to help you feel the peace of God and grow in patience for your everyday life.

Hi, I’m Bethany, and I’ve been where you are. There was a time I felt crushed under the weight of the world, like every step forward just led me back two steps. But I discovered the peace of God through growing my faith and learning what it truly means to surrender. Now my heart is to help you find that same peace and freedom.

If you’re ready to grow your faith and let go of the overwhelm, this podcast is for you.

So grab your Bible, heat up that coffee—maybe for the third time—and let’s go!

  • 21. Missing Out On Joy? 3 Ways to Find Joy in the Moment
    Feb 4 2026

Ever get to the end of the day and realize you don’t remember actually being in it? You were there physically… but your mind was somewhere else.

In this episode, we’re talking about why so many Christian moms are missing out on joy — not because we’re doing something wrong, but because our minds are constantly pulled in a hundred directions.

I’m sharing 3 simple, grace-filled ways to be more present in the moment, including:

    • How giving your worry to God actually frees up mental space to experience joy

    • Why organization (even if it’s not your strength) can calm your brain

    • How doing one thing at a time can become a spiritual practice that brings peace

We’ll look at Scripture, real-life mom moments, and practical shifts you can start using today — not to be more productive, but to be more present.

✨ Presence is where joy lives… and God wants to meet you right here.

  • 20. All Good Things | Want an Amazon Gift Card? Join Me In This Celebration Episode
    Jan 30 2026

This is a special Friday Drop episode I’m calling “ALL THE GOOD STUFF.” 💛

Today I’m sharing straight from the heart—no teaching agenda, no polished plan—just the real stuff God has been doing behind the scenes.

In this episode, I’m talking about:

    • Hitting 1,000 podcast downloads (and why that number means more to me than you might think)

    • What it’s really been like taking 3 weeks off social media

    • My honest confession: I’ve been needing encouragement lately

    • How I prayed for encouragement… and how God answered that prayer in three undeniable ways in three days

From a Zoom call that filled my cup, to a quiet listener I didn’t even know existed, to an unexpected invitation to talk about Jesus on another podcast—this episode is all about God’s perfect timing and His kindness when we’re feeling tired, unseen, or unsure if our obedience is making a difference.

I’m also lightly teasing what’s coming next: ✨ A future coaching announcement ✨ A LIVE workshop happening in March ✨ And why my email list will be the first to know all the details

  • 19. From Childhood Abuse to Healing in Christ | Angie Lagemann’s Story of Redemption & Hope
    Jan 28 2026

Content Warning / Explicit Episode: This episode includes discussion of childhood abuse and sexual trauma. While details are shared with care and without graphic description, listener discretion is advised.

In this deeply moving and vulnerable conversation, Angie Lagemann shares her story of growing up in a home marked by confusion, abuse, and broken trust—and the long road that led her to true healing.

As a young child, Angie believed that once her stepfather returned from prison, life would finally get better. Instead, things became more painful and unsafe. When her home life continued to unravel, she held onto another hope: if she could find her biological father, surely he would rescue her. But that rescue never came.

What Angie ultimately discovered—through heartbreak, disappointment, and deep spiritual searching—was that no earthly parent could save her the way she needed. It was her Heavenly Father who saw her, protected her, and began the slow, sacred work of healing her heart.

This episode is not easy to listen to—but it is powerful, redemptive, and full of hope. Angie’s testimony is a reminder that God meets us in our darkest places, that trauma does not get the final word, and that healing is possible through Christ.

If you or someone you love has experienced childhood trauma or abuse, this conversation may feel heavy—but you are not alone, and your story is not over.
