Me, a talking person and Bee, a non talking dog, talking and not talking about running, training for a marathon, chatting about running kit, reviewing trainers, moaning about the weather, wingeing about not enough treats (that's me, not the dog) and generally chewing the fat. I'll have guests on too, chosen by Bee. Week one kicks off with an epic race - one of a kind 15 miler - but you'll have to wait and see what it is!
