My daughters and I continue our chat about how we all love clean spaces. While sometimes our need to have a clean place can create anxiety, we believe for us, it helps to relieve anxiety more than it causes. The focus and attention on the process of cleaning makes us forget about what is on our mind and the benefit is a clean and orderly home.
