A proposito di questo titolo

She Lives Truth was created for the single mom who loves God, honors His Word, and is still asking hard questions after real trauma. Here we talk honestly about post-abuse separation, co-parenting with a high-conflict or narcissistic ex, trauma bonds, gaslighting, and the deep confusion that can follow even within faith communities.

Have you ever felt unseen, misunderstood, or even silenced after leaving a relationship marked by narcissistic or emotional abuse especially when your decision to separate was made to protect yourself and your children? Why does it sometimes feel like the church doesn’t have honest answers for women who are rebuilding after abuse, separation, or divorce?

Through Scripture, biblical wisdom, and lived experience, I’ll help you learn how to:

  • Recognize and replace lies with God’s truth
  • Understand trauma through a biblical lens
  • Rebuild your identity, faith, and motherhood after abuse
  • Walk in discipline, purity, and peace even in the aftermath
  • Rise strong without bitterness, fear, or shame

If you’ve been misunderstood by friends or family…
If your pain has been spiritualized away…
If you’re choosing holiness while still healing…

You are not alone. This is a place of truth, restoration, and encouragement for women who refuse to give up on God, on themselves, or on the calling to raise their children in a world full of lies.

  • They're Smearing My Name. What do I do?
    Apr 5 2026

    Hi friend,

Did you know that when someone loses control over you, one of the first things they often try to control is the narrative? Smear campaigns are not accidental they are a tactic meant to provoke, bait, and pull you back into reaction. And that reaction is how power is maintained.

In this episode, we talk about why your first instinct may be to defend yourself, explain your side, or convince others of the truth and why wisdom calls us to do the opposite. Reactivity keeps you in a loop; restraint begins to strip manipulators of the influence they think they still have.

Through Scripture, we’re reminded that God is our defender. When David was being persecuted by Saul he entrusted himself to God. The Bible shows us that being misunderstood, opposed, or falsely represented does not mean you are wrong or abandoned. Not everyone will believe you. Some people from either side of the family may rise against you. And that does not mean you need to exhaust yourself telling your version of the story.

This episode is an invitation to step out of the mental and emotional loop. You do not owe explanations. You do not need to convince everyone. God sees, God knows, and God defends. Let that strengthen you!

  • What is a Healthy Fear of the Lord?
    Mar 29 2026

    Hey Friend,

As we begin uncovering truth, naming abuse, and confronting manipulation, there is a very real temptation to take justice into our own hands. This episode is a necessary pause, a spiritual recalibration before moving forward.

In Proverbs 1:7 we are told that “the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge.” This fear is not terror or punishment it is a deep desire to stay connected to God’s truth, to walk in wisdom, and to let Him guide our steps even when emotions are high and wounds are fresh. A healthy fear of the Lord keeps us grounded when we are tempted to retaliate, rush decisions, or respond from pain rather than wisdom.

In this episode, we talk about why this matters so deeply for those who must continue interacting with someone who has caused harm especially in co-parenting situations. Manipulative people often try to provoke reactions, re-engage emotionally, or bait you into cycles that look like change but are really familiar traps. A healthy fear of the Lord helps us discern what is right and wrong, resist enticement, and make decisions that honor God not to please our co-parent, not even to please our children but to remain faithful, steady, and anchored in truth.

This is not a quick fix or a promise that the journey will end tomorrow. It is an invitation to walk closely with God through a process that takes time. What can be promised is this: staying connected to Him, His wisdom, and His truth will keep you from losing yourself along the way. Remember you are deeply loved and take heart Truth always wins! :)
