  • The Courage to Change Your Path: Finding Purpose, Healing + the Real Meaning of Yoga (Hawah Kasat)
    Oct 6 2026

What happens when the life you’ve built no longer feels like the life you’re meant to live?

After spending two decades building an organization that helped thousands of young people heal trauma and break cycles of violence, humanitarian, educator, TEDx speaker, yogi and peace builder Hawah Kasat realized something big: his purpose hadn’t changed, but the way he was living it needed to.

That realization led him toward an entirely new chapter…and a new vision for healing ourselves, our communities and even our relationship with the Earth.

And then Hawah completely reframes something many of us think we understand: yoga. Spoiler: being flexible and doing downward dog is only a tiny piece of it.

We’re talking about how to know when it’s time to change direction, the power of stillness and listening to your intuition, why we’re constantly searching for the “next thing” to make us happy—and what the ancient wisdom of yoga can teach us about finding contentment and ultimately freeing ourselves from suffering.

This conversation may have you looking at your own path, and your yoga mat, very differently.

  • October 2026 Astrology + Tarot Forecast: A Powerful Turning Point (Stevie Calista + Michelle Nolan) - Episode 252, S2
    Sep 29 2026

October 2026 is bringing BIG energy, and for the first time, we’re bringing intuitive astrologer Stevie Calista and intuitive tarot therapist Michelle Nolan together to help us make sense of it all.

As Stevie walks us through the astrology week by week, Michelle pulls cards in real time, and the way their messages align is kind of mind-blowing.

This month is asking us to get honest about what’s no longer working, notice where we’ve outgrown old patterns and systems, and listen closely to what our intuition already knows. With Venus and Mercury retrogrades, Pluto showing up again and again, and some powerful Scorpio energy in the mix, October invites deep reflection, release and transformation.

And underneath it all is one beautiful reminder: we are here to feel, to create, to connect, and to love our lives.

Get ready for a powerful month of becoming even more of who you’re here to be.

  • Simple Practices, Big Shifts: Stop Trying So Hard to Be Spiritual (Lizzi Cutler) - Episode 251, S2
    Sep 22 2026

What if spirituality didn’t have to be another thing on your to-do list?

You don’t need to meditate for 40 minutes, create the perfect morning ritual, build a full moon altar, or escape to a retreat to feel more connected to yourself and your intuition.

This week, we’re welcoming back one of our soul sisters and trusted Seeking Center guides, Lizzi Cutler, for a conversation about making spirituality EASY, practical and part of your actual everyday life.

Lizzi is a transformational coach and intuitive energy healing practitioner who helps people clear old beliefs, emotional blocks and stuck energy so they can move forward with more clarity, confidence and purpose. She also works with business leaders, bringing her intuitive abilities into spaces where you might not expect them, and helping people see what may not be obvious on paper.

We’re talking about how to create small spiritual “micro-moments” throughout your day—while you’re working, parenting, driving, making decisions, dealing with difficult people…or completely losing your sh*t.

    Because those little moments matter.

Lizzi shares how simply acknowledging an intuitive nudge, checking in with your energy or taking control of your breath can begin to change how you move through your day. Her own phone even reminds her every afternoon: “Feel good now.” Not because everything has to feel good—but because we can pause and ask ourselves whether there’s a tiny shift available to us in that moment.

We also get into what happens when life DOESN’T feel good.

Lizzi opens up about grief, insecurity, feeling powerless and those moments when we get sucked into our own stories. Instead of judging or immediately trying to escape those feelings, what if we allowed ourselves to experience the full spectrum of being human?

Sometimes the pain is there because there has been so much love.

Plus, we talk about bringing intuition and spirituality into the workplace, why so many people still feel like they have to hide this part of themselves professionally—and what could change if intuition became another valuable tool we brought to the table.

This conversation is your reminder that spirituality doesn’t have to be complicated. Start small. Pay attention. Take a breath. Say thank you. Notice the sign. The magic may already be happening right in the middle of your everyday life.

    WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

    • How to weave spirituality into your everyday life without making it a full-time job
    • Why spiritual “micro-moments” can prepare you for the bigger moments in life
    • A simple way to acknowledge your intuition—and strengthen your connection to it
    • What Lizzi does when she catches herself spiraling or feeling like she’s “not enough”
    • Why your breath can be one of the fastest ways to reconnect with your power
    • How to find where you DO have control when life feels completely out of your control
    • A different way to look at grief, pain and the harder parts of the human experience
    • Why we’re so quick to explain away signs and synchronicities—and what happens when we simply acknowledge them
    • How Lizzi is bringing intuition into business and helping leaders make more aligned decisions
    • Why normalizing intuition and spirituality may change how the next generation approaches life and work

  • How to Communicate Like a Buddhist + Stay Calm in Difficult Conversations (Cynthia Kane) - Video - Episode 250, S2
    Sep 15 2026

Have you ever walked away from a conversation replaying every word you said—or didn’t say? Maybe you stayed quiet when you wanted to speak up, reacted in a way that surprised you, or wondered, Why is it so hard to say what I really mean?

What if those moments aren’t really communication problems? What if they’re opportunities to understand yourself more deeply?

This week, we’re talking with Cynthia Kane, bestselling author, mindfulness and meditation teacher, and communication expert who has helped more than 70,000 people communicate with more calm, clarity and compassion.

Cynthia’s path to this work began after an unimaginable loss. As she searched for ways to move through her grief, she discovered meditation, mindfulness and the Buddhist principles of Right Speech, and began to see how changing the way she communicated with herself could change the way she experienced everything around her.

HOW TO COMMUNICATE LIKE A BUDDHIST
In this conversation, Cynthia helps us look at communication in an entirely different way. We talk about why the conversation happening inside your own head matters so much, how meditation can change the way you listen and respond, and what happens in your body when a difficult conversation triggers you.

We also dive into the ideas behind Cynthia’s newest book, The Pause Principle: How to Keep Your Cool in Tough Situations, and how creating even a little space between what happens and how you react can completely shift a conversation.

    We talk about:

    • How Buddhist principles can help us communicate more intentionally
    • Why mindful communication starts with the way we talk to ourselves
    • The connection between meditation and better communication
    • What happens when we’re triggered during a difficult conversation
    • Why pausing can help us access what we really want to say
    • How difficult conversations can actually bring us closer

This is a conversation about communicating more authentically, staying connected to yourself when things get hard, and ultimately creating deeper connections with the people in your life.

    Sep 5 2026

Can you feel it? There’s a definite shift in the air.

After a summer that brought change, movement and, for many of us, some pretty major life moments, September arrives with a very different invitation. So what does that mean for you—and how can you work *with* the energy instead of pushing against it?

Our soul sister and Tarot Therapist Michelle Nolan is back to pull the cards for the collective and help us connect the dots between where we’ve been, where we are now and what we need to know as we move into this next part of 2026.

And this month, the message feels especially timely.

We’re talking about what happens after the big changes. How do you give yourself space to process everything that’s happened while life continues moving forward? When is it time to act—and when might the most powerful thing you can do be to observe, integrate and allow?

Michelle walks us through the energy surrounding September and the themes that may show up in our relationships, work, decisions and inner world. There are some important reminders about trusting yourself, staying connected to your heart and recognizing that moving forward doesn’t always have to mean pushing harder.

Plus, as always, Michelle helps us look at the month ahead not as something that is predetermined, but as energy and guidance we can use to navigate our own lives with more awareness and intention.

Think of this episode as your energetic check-in for September—and maybe the permission slip you didn’t know you needed.

  • September 2026 Astrology: What’s Shifting + What You Need to Know (Stevie Calista) - Episode 248
    Sep 1 2026

September is here—and after the big shifts of August, it’s time to integrate, recalibrate, and pay attention to what’s becoming clearer.

Intuitive astrologer and cosmic translator Stevie Calista is back to break down the energy of September 2026 and, most importantly, how to actually work with it.

The first week of September is one to watch. Jupiter and Saturn are working together to support growth, creativity, and putting energy back into yourself. At the same time, Mars squares Saturn on September 1, asking: What action needs to change because what you’ve been doing isn’t working anymore?

Then September 10 brings a major energetic shift with a Virgo New Moon, Venus moving into Scorpio, Mercury entering Libra, and Uranus stationing retrograde. Stevie shares why grounding, slowing down, and practicing discernment will be especially important.

Plus, we get into the Autumn Equinox, the emotional Aries Full Moon on September 26, and why the end of the month may finally bring a little more fun, play, and creative fire.

Consider September your invitation to integrate before you accelerate.

    IN THIS EPISODE

    • Why September is a month for integration and clarity
    • What to watch during the first week of September
    • The major energetic shift happening September 10
    • Why discernment is your September superpower
    • How to work with the Aries Full Moon
    • What Mars moving into Leo means for the weeks ahead

  • Reimagining Grief: A New Path to Healing After Loss (Kate Doerge) - Episode 246
    Aug 18 2026

One of the hardest truths about being human is this: every single one of us will experience grief.

Yet despite how universal loss is, grief can feel incredibly isolating. We often wonder if we're doing it "right," why it still hurts so much, or whether we'll ever truly experience joy again.

This week, we're honored to welcome back Kate Doerge—certified grief coach, nonprofit founder, brand strategist, and now the author of the beautiful book, Reimagining Grief: A New Path to Finding Healing, Strength, and Joy After Loss.

Kate's story is one of unimaginable loss. Within just a few years, she lost both of her parents, and later experienced every parent's worst nightmare—the death of her sixteen-year-old daughter, Penny.

Rather than asking herself, "How do I get over this?" Kate began asking a different question:

"Is there another way to walk through grief?"

That question became the foundation for her work and her new book.

In this deeply moving conversation, Kate challenges many of the beliefs we've been taught about grief and shares a more compassionate, hopeful approach—one that allows us to stay connected to the people we love while continuing to fully live our own lives.

Whether you're grieving someone today, supporting a loved one through loss, or simply want to be better prepared for one of life's inevitable experiences, this episode offers wisdom, comfort, and practical tools that remind us we're never truly alone.

    IN THIS EPISODE, WE DISCUSS:

    • Why we need to rethink many of our cultural beliefs about grief
    • The difference between "moving on" and learning to move forward
    • How maintaining a continuing bond with someone you've lost can be deeply healing
    • The five healing actions from Kate's new book
    • Why grief isn't something to "fix" or "complete"
    • Finding moments of joy without feeling guilt
    • How to better support someone who is grieving
    • Kate's personal journey after losing her daughter, Penny, and how it inspired her life's work
    • Why hope and grief can exist together
