What happens when the life you’ve built no longer feels like the life you’re meant to live?

After spending two decades building an organization that helped thousands of young people heal trauma and break cycles of violence, humanitarian, educator, TEDx speaker, yogi and peace builder Hawah Kasat realized something big: his purpose hadn’t changed, but the way he was living it needed to.

That realization led him toward an entirely new chapter…and a new vision for healing ourselves, our communities and even our relationship with the Earth.

And then Hawah completely reframes something many of us think we understand: yoga. Spoiler: being flexible and doing downward dog is only a tiny piece of it.

We’re talking about how to know when it’s time to change direction, the power of stillness and listening to your intuition, why we’re constantly searching for the “next thing” to make us happy—and what the ancient wisdom of yoga can teach us about finding contentment and ultimately freeing ourselves from suffering.

This conversation may have you looking at your own path, and your yoga mat, very differently.
