Getting lives in order, pushing into alternative sports after injury and setting goals and challenges.  I am proud to call them my friends - and I've been lucky enough to share adventures with them both.  The best.

    Jenny is an osteopath, a mountain rescue volunteer and she runs.  Along with Angus, the adventure dog, Jenny spends her time training and being part of people rescue as part of Dartmoor search and rescue team in Devon. So we met for tea and cake in a cafe ( hence the background noise!) to talk all things challenging - and there's plenty of that in this episode! (Angus came too!)
