    About Becky Croft:

Becky Croft is a running and strength coach who specializes in Masters and menopausal athletes. She’s a certified RRCA run coach, Girls Gone Strong Menopause Strength Coach, and Chi Running and Walking Instructor. Her coaching blends evidence, experience, and an Indigenous perspective that challenges outdated narratives in the running industry and expands what performance can look like across life stages.

After navigating surgical menopause at 38, Becky realized how few resources existed for athletes in this phase of life. That gap became the catalyst for her coaching career and now shapes the way she supports athletes of all ages and abilities. Through her brand, hustle.run.thrive., she coaches one-on-one athletes, leads form workshops, teaches strength, and builds accessible digital training resources used by athletes around the world.

Becky is also a Game Changers mentor, a leader in her local She Runs This Town chapter, and an advocate for greater representation and inclusion in endurance sports. Her work focuses on helping athletes train smarter instead of harder, move with confidence, and rewrite the stories they’ve been handed about what’s possible.
