    Amy Skorich grew up in Foxboro, MA and graduated from Boston University. She moved to NC in 2008 and calls Apex home.


    She is an RRCA, VDOT, and C4 certified running coach and the owner of Run Your Way Coaching. She works with a variety of runners who differ in age and coaching goals. She also coaches Girls on the Run at her daughter's elementary school and founded the school's all-comers run club. She coaches girls' flag football for Rise in Apex and serves as the president of her daughter's elementary school's PTA.     Dr. Robyn Michaud is an Assistant Professor of Indigenous Education at Western University in Ontario, Canada. She is a 51x road, trail and ultramarathoner and including completing all six World Majors in 2024. Robyn started marathoning in 2012 after being diagnosed with a spinal cord injury called ‘syringomyelia’, which is the formation of a cyst within the spinal cord itself. Robyn is passionate about making space in running circles for adaptive runners, as well as Indigenous runners, as she uses her platform for advocating for these two communities.
