This week, Rich & Ben are joined by Alcohol Free Coach & Mentor, Karl Elliot.

Karl drank daily for 20 years, & in his own words, he “worked, parented & from the outside, life was mostly fine.”

But in June, 2016, Karl pressed pause on alcohol for 90 days. Those 90 days become a year. And that year became ten.

Karl opens up about his time as a daily drinker, the moments that changed things for him & how sobriety has given him a new purpose - helping other people find their feet. There’s plenty about the power of support, kindness & having someone in your corner when you need it most.

Karl also shares the story behind his book, I Believe in You & his Press Pause 90 programme, helping people explore life without alcohol.

It’s a lovely, honest conversation about second chances, believing in yourself & what can happen when you give yourself that chance.
