Hi and welcome to the elements from our Sunday service where today we focused on the Road to Emmaus considering disappointment, regret and God's role in it all. We are grateful for Jesus' infinite patience with us but we considered the importance of Word, of Sacrament and of Fellowship and how we might bubble over with enthusiasm in our faith.

It is important to recognise the reality of disappointment and how even as people, perhaps especially as people of faith we can feel distant from God.

Hopefully this is helpful and inspiring.
