• How Do You Know If a Relationship Is Right for You? Look at the Fruit.
    Oct 16 2026

Have you ever stopped to think about how beautiful healthy love is actually supposed to feel?

Jesus taught us that we recognise people by their fruit. And in Galatians 5:22–23, we discover the beautiful qualities of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

In today's episode of Relationships: The Good & The Messy!, we're looking at love through a different lens.

Not just chemistry. Not just attraction. But the joy of being with somebody who genuinely loves you, likes you, cares for you and allows you to be completely yourself.

Because healthy love isn't something you should have to constantly decode, chase or fight for.

It's something you can actually rest in.

And when you invite Jesus into your relationships, you can begin recognising the difference between what you're hoping for and what's genuinely being produced in your life.

Look at the fruit. Not just the feelings. The fruit. ❤️

If you're struggling with relationship patterns, uncertainty or understanding what healthy love looks like, I offer private one-to-one Relationship Clarity Sessions. Message me on Instagram or Facebook to enquire.

Follow the podcast for more conversations about love, relationships, faith and the beautiful messiness of being human.

And if this episode speaks to you, share it with somebody who needs a little hope about love today

  • If You’re Waiting for Love, Let Me Pray for You ❤️
    Oct 2 2026

You can skip straight to the prayer if you need it today. ❤️ There’s just a short introduction first, and then I want you to get comfortable, close your eyes if you can, and simply listen.

This episode is for you if you’ve been asking God, Where is my person? Have You forgotten about me? Why hasn’t love happened for me yet?

Maybe you’re tired of waiting. Tired of lessons. Tired of watching love happen for everybody else. Maybe you trust God, but there’s still a part of you that wonders whether the love you’ve been praying for is ever going to arrive.

Today, I want to pray with you.

For the heartbreak you’ve already survived. For the person you may still be struggling to release. For the fear that you’ve missed your chance. For the love you still hope is ahead of you.

And most of all, I want to pray that while you trust God with the pages you cannot see yet, you don’t miss the beautiful life He has already given you today.

Come back to this prayer whenever you need it. Send it to someone whose heart needs it too. ❤️

And if something in my podcast keeps making you think, “Sally is talking about me. This is my life,” and you feel ready for deeper, personal support, I also work privately with a small number of clients.

You can message me privately on Instagram or Facebook to talk about working together.

    With love,
Sally xx

  • God, Why Haven’t You Brought Me My Person Yet?
    Oct 1 2026

You love God. You’ve built a life. You’ve healed, grown, prayed, dated, deleted the apps, downloaded the bloody apps again — and still you find yourself asking: God, where is my person?

Maybe the years you’ve called “waiting” aren’t dead time at all.

Maybe you’ve outgrown the old, but you haven’t met the new yet.

In this episode, I’m talking about what might actually be happening during those years when love seems nowhere to be found — how healing can make dating harder, why the relationships you once would have chosen may no longer fit, and why your life is not on hold just because your person hasn’t arrived.

Perhaps one day you’ll look back at the years you thought nothing was happening and realise: God was there. You were becoming. And you weren’t standing still at all.

If this episode found you at exactly the right time, send it to someone else who’s waiting for their person too.

And if you want to work with me privately around love, relationships, dating, heartbreak or the patterns you’re ready to leave behind, send me a DM on Instagram or Facebook and tell me a little about what’s going on.

Follow Relationships: The Good & The Messy! so you don’t miss the next episode — including an upcoming episode where we’re going to pray together for those of you waiting for love.

  • Are You Being Chosen, Or Are You Auditioning for His Love?
    Oct 1 2026

Have you spent months maybe even years trying to work out how someone really feels about you?

Maybe it’s time to stop asking whether he chooses you and ask a completely different question: are you actually experiencing being chosen?

In this episode, I’m talking about the enormous difference between surviving on emotional crumbs and experiencing someone who simply shows up, participates and moves towards you.

Sometimes you don’t realise you’ve been surviving on fucking crackers until someone finally puts a whole meal in front of you. 😂

And maybe the question was never, “How do I finally get him to choose me?”

    Maybe it’s:

“Do I choose the relationship I’m actually being offered?”

If this episode hits home and you’d like to work through what’s happening in your own relationship with me privately, send me “COACHING” on Instagram or Facebook. ❤️

  • Can He Change, Or Are You Wasting Your Time?
    Sep 22 2026

Can he change? Yes. But that’s not the question.

The real question is whether he wants to change — and how much of your life you’re prepared to spend waiting to find out.

In this episode, we’re talking about the difference between real, lasting change and the temporary version that appears when someone is scared of losing you. Why potential can keep us stuck for years. Why understanding someone’s wounds doesn’t mean you have to live with the consequences of them. And the one question you need to ask yourself if you’re still waiting for your partner to become the person you know they could be.

Because eventually, you have to stop asking “Can he change?”

    And start asking:

    “Is he?”

This one might sting a little. But you probably need to hear it.

  • Healing Narcissistic chains ~ my book
    Sep 17 2026

In this episode, Sally reminds listeners that they are not alone in the struggles they face within relationships. Healing from toxic dynamics is a journey, and understanding what happened is often the first step toward reclaiming your strength and self-worth.

Sally also shares insights from her book Confessions of a Relationship Junkie: Healing Narcissist Chains, where she openly reflects on how a relationship that once felt like love slowly became toxic — and why it was so difficult to leave.

Through her story and the lessons she shares, this conversation offers encouragement, perspective, and a reminder that healing and transformation are always possible.

  • You Can Love Someone and Still Not Be Able to Live Inside the Relationship
    Sep 7 2026

Sometimes the hardest relationship truth isn’t “Do they love me?” It’s “Can I actually breathe inside the way this relationship works?”

You can have real love, chemistry, connection and history with someone — and still realise that the relationship requires too much adjusting, carrying, decoding or waiting.

In this episode, I’m talking about the difference between being loved and being loved well, why healing can change what you’re willing to tolerate, and the question that might clarify everything:

Can you be fully yourself inside this love or are you exhausted trying to make it work?
