  • God Are You Mad At Me?
    Dec 4 2025

Have you ever felt like God is mad at you? That one slip, one mistake, or one sin means you have lost His favor? In this episode, I share my journey as a perfectionist and pleaser, how I spent years trying to earn God’s love through performance, and the freedom I discovered when I realized His love is unconditional.

We break down the story of the Prodigal Son and uncover the truth. God isn’t waiting to punish you. He’s waiting to run to you, celebrate you, and restore you with a robe, a ring, and all. No matter your past, His arms are open, ready for reconciliation and true transformation.

    Key Takeaways:

✨Understanding the difference between performance-based faith and relationship-based faith

✨How shame and guilt keep us from experiencing God’s presence

✨The Prodigal Son story showing God’s love and forgiveness in action

✨Why God is not mad at you and how to return to Him freely

  • You Only Get One
    Nov 12 2025

In this episode, I’m sharing a personal season where God had to remind me that this body isn’t mine. It’s His temple.

As a coach, I’ve spent years helping women around the world live healthier lifestyles. But there was a time when I wasn’t living what I taught. I was preaching about honoring our bodies while secretly neglecting mine. After reaching my goals, I got comfortable, stopped being intentional, and eventually my health started to show it.

That’s when God led me to Romans 12:1, and everything changed. I realized that true worship isn’t just in the songs we sing. It’s in how we live, move, eat, and treat our bodies.

In this episode, we’ll talk about:

✨ What it really means to give your body to God as a living sacrifice.

✨ How Jesus cleansing the temple relates to how we care for our own.

✨ The difference between using your body for yourself vs. for His glory.

✨ What stewardship and self-control look like in daily life.

You only get one body! So let’s start honoring Him with it.

Reflection: Am I treating my body as mine, or as God’s temple?

Challenge: Let every meal, movement, and moment of rest be an act of worship this week.

  • My Testimony
    Oct 31 2025

In this first episode I am sharing my story and how I went from knowing of God to truly knowing Him. I open up about growing up as a pastor’s kid, chasing perfection out of fear, and finally learning what it means to have a real relationship with God.

You will hear how fitness became the door that led me to a deeper walk with Him and how Renew was birthed from Romans 12:1–2. This episode is all about transformation not just physically but mentally and spiritually.

If you have ever felt like you were conforming to the world, searching for purpose, or struggling to find your identity in Christ, this one is for you.

    Scripture Reference: Romans 12:1–2

    Theme: From religion to relationship

Takeaway: True renewal starts when you surrender and allow God to transform your mind, heart, and habits.
