  • Ep. 10 | Taking a Break to Fix the Sound
    Apr 24 2026

Episode 10. I’m taking a short break from releasing episodes to fix something I can’t keep ignoring: the sound.

After a couple of days digging into acoustic treatment, microphone setups, and room isolation, I still don’t have a clear answer for what works best in my space.

So instead of pushing forward with a setup I’m not happy with, I’m pausing to get it right. More soon.

  • Ep. 09 | The Reset (Kinda)
    Apr 22 2026

A canceled subscription turned into something bigger. A full audit of every email address, cloud folder, and forgotten account I’ve accumulated.

In this episode, I talk about the decision to consolidate everything under one clean setup, a second podcast idea that’s been nagging at me, and why this reset feels like more than just admin cleanup.

  • Ep 05 | Duvel on the Shelf
    Apr 16 2026

Episode 5 of the audio journal. This one's about Belgian beer showing up in bars halfway across the world and what it stirs up. A quiet question about roots, about the country I was raised in but never plan to return to, and about what it means to miss a place that doesn't really exist anymore.

I've been living in English for two decades, but lately I've been pulling Flemish and Dutch content back in, just to feel connected to something that doesn't need translating. Some reflection on growing up in the early nineties, when the world moved more slowly, and childhood had more texture.

Not a nostalgia episode exactly, more like sitting with a question I don't have a clean answer to.

  • Ep 04 | Five Small Targets
    Apr 15 2026

Episode 4 of the audio journal. This one is about setting five micro goals.

Small, specific targets that are easy to track and hard to ignore. Blogging more consistently, fixing a broken sleep routine, drinking less coffee, building a public roadmap for my 2026 content plans, and experimenting with a faceless YouTube channel. Health and running stay the foundation.

Everything else builds on top. I'll be tracking all five goals openly in this journal as I go.

  • Ep. 03 | First Run in Twenty Years
    Apr 12 2026

After twenty years of not running, I laced up and went out the door. My body had a lot to say about that.

This episode is about starting over physically. The honesty of realizing your health has slipped, asking an AI for a comeback plan, and why the first step is always the hardest one.
