Girl, I’m partial to the way you touch my hand and the softness of your skin. And late at night the way you talk with me, lets me know, n this world, you’re my best friend. Having known my wife, Genevieve, for 49 years, including 44 years as husband and wife, I am never ceased to be amazed at her. I tease her that she is always right, and the truth is, that she is always RIGHT for me. She has been the best wife, mother, (now grandmother) and friend, although, I can't put my finger on one specific thing....in fact, it's everything..... and there is no ONE reason why I love her.

Dame la patita, Chiquitito says. Feo, Feo, start the car. Happy birthday, love you. What you doing sweetie, hello there (whis-tle). Skies are blue. My wife's grandmother lived to be 99 years of age. For the last 10 years of her life, she had a constant companion at her side....her parrot, Chiquitito. A colorful, happy character, he started each day early and consistently loud and prominent at the home of my mother-in-law, where Grandma Lala lived. Upon Lala's death, Chiquitito, evidently heartbroken, passed soon thereafter to go look for Grandma Lala.

Deep down in my heart, I know that it’s true, that you are the one and I promise you that this sweet madness will live forever. Yes, this sweet madness will never, never die. When a young man finds that special one who captures his heart and soul, the feeling is overwhelming. His every waking moment is consumed with thoughts and plans for the present and the future. He almost feels out of control, but is determined to make this relationship successful and everlasting. In my case, this sweet madness has never ceased nor diminished.
