Yes... AND! The improv fun continues! We left you on the edge of your seats last time and now we're really getting into the meat of it. Kaia and Yarden tell the tale of their improv workshop and Naomi breaks down a year in the improv scene in New Orleans. Discussion includes past performances, future ambitions, and the characters we naturally gravitate towards.

Did we expect the improv comedy episode to be a two-parter? Not necessarily but that's the beauty of 'yes, and...' baby! On this week's episode we welcome beloved Sister of the Pod Naomi to wax philosophical about a wide range of topics, including our personal experiences with improv comedy. Other topics include a critical reappraisal of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Troye Sivan's recent livestream, the Adela-Hoodie Allen connection, pants-pissing in the Big Apple, and how to trick your friends into playing improv games with you at parties.

So we let the soft animal of our body love what it loves and spent too much time giggling before we got to the scene we meant to discuss... SUE US! We promise we have lots more improv comedy content to share with you in Part 2.

You've been manifesting a new NMS episode and the universe has delivered! We are SO BACK and joined by dear friend of the pod and manifester, Sophie Poukish (@sistergoldenhaire). We hear all about how she manifested her dream home and partner and unpack To Be Magnetic, the $20/month manifestation community that Yarden and Sophie joined to try and figure out if it's the secret to unlocking it all or a predatory scam. Also discussed: Audrey Hobert, past life regressions, and Titanic.
