Yes... AND! The improv fun continues! We left you on the edge of your seats last time and now we're really getting into the meat of it. Kaia and Yarden tell the tale of their improv workshop and Naomi breaks down a year in the improv scene in New Orleans. Discussion includes past performances, future ambitions, and the characters we naturally gravitate towards.

Did we expect the improv comedy episode to be a two-parter? Not necessarily but that's the beauty of 'yes, and...' baby! On this week's episode we welcome beloved Sister of the Pod Naomi to wax philosophical about a wide range of topics, including our personal experiences with improv comedy. Other topics include a critical reappraisal of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Troye Sivan's recent livestream, the Adela-Hoodie Allen connection, pants-pissing in the Big Apple, and how to trick your friends into playing improv games with you at parties.

So we let the soft animal of our body love what it loves and spent too much time giggling before we got to the scene we meant to discuss... SUE US! We promise we have lots more improv comedy content to share with you in Part 2.

You've been manifesting a new NMS episode and the universe has delivered! We are SO BACK and joined by dear friend of the pod and manifester, Sophie Poukish (@sistergoldenhaire). We hear all about how she manifested her dream home and partner and unpack To Be Magnetic, the $20/month manifestation community that Yarden and Sophie joined to try and figure out if it's the secret to unlocking it all or a predatory scam. Also discussed: Audrey Hobert, past life regressions, and Titanic.

We may not have gone to clown school but we tried our best to study up on the clown phenomenon sweeping the nation. The 2026 version is looking less like the creepy clown hysteria of 2016 and more like avant-garde performances in East L.A. (don't worry, both are discussed). Featured in this episode are interviews with 2 performers: Miles Calderon aka Mr. Cardboard (clown!) and Janoah Bailin (not a clown!).

We're back for the much-anticipated part 2 of Kaia's weekend-long LARP adventure. Day 2 had our favorite NPC being chased off a battlefield, questioned by a squire, and in her first named role! Will she stand her ground when faced with the op (the lady knight from day 1)? Listen to find out!

Lights, Camera, (Live) Action (Roleplay)! Have you ever wondered about the people playing with foam weapons in your neighborhood park? Wonder no longer, because Kaia ventured far into the woods of Washington State for a weekend-long, immersive LARP event, and has emerged with a surprise tale for Den in two-parts. This scene has it all: thrilling (scary) combat, political intrigue, Broadway-level costume and makeup departments, and an open bar for all NPCs!
