• The Messy Middle: Change, Courage, and Rebuilding From Scratch
    Jan 12 2026

    I almost didn’t press record.

In this first episode, I’m starting before I feel ready - nerves, imperfections, and all. This podcast was created because I reached a point in my life where everything looked “right” on paper, yet I felt completely disconnected from myself.

I followed the playbook. School, career, marriage, motherhood, success. And still, somewhere along the way, I lost my sense of who I was. Leaving a life that no longer fit - and rebuilding from the ground up - forced me to slow down, reflect, and finally listen to my own voice again.

In this episode, I share why this podcast exists, what led me here, and why I believe the messy middle deserves more honest conversation. We talk about identity, divorce, midlife shifts, motherhood, fear, courage, and the quiet power of choosing yourself - even when it’s uncomfortable.

There’s no perfection here. No polished performance. Just real life, real conversations, and the decision to begin anyway.

If you’re rebuilding, questioning, or trying to find your way back to yourself - you’re not alone. This space is for you.

  • Remembering Yourself: What We’re Not Talking About as Women
    Jan 10 2026

This episode is a real-time reminder that growth is allowed to feel scary and wonderful at the same time.

I’m sitting down with Narges, an acupuncturist and one of my favourite humans - someone who speaks with so much honesty about identity shifts, emotional truth, and what it looks like to remember yourself through new experiences. We talk about how easy it is to tie your worth to what you do, why connection feels harder in this season of life, and how vulnerability is often the missing piece in deeper friendships between women.

We also go there. Narges opens up about being diagnosed with premature ovarian failure at 22, the grief and identity loss that came with it, and how that experience ultimately reshaped her purpose and path. From moving across the country and starting over, to navigating worthiness, aging, body changes, and the pressure to “do it all,” this conversation is raw, grounding, and deeply relatable.

If you’ve been feeling lost, in-between, or like you’re rebuilding without a map - you’re not alone. This is the messy middle, and we’re walking it together.

  • The Reinvention Era Begins
    Dec 3 2025

In this short introductory episode, I’m sharing the heartbeat behind this podcast — why I started it, what I’ve walked through, and what I hope this space becomes for anyone navigating their own plot twists.

I’ve lived a life that looked perfect on paper: the big career, the marriage, the kids, the travel, the milestones. And then the roadmap I’d been following combusted. The shoulds, the expectations, the timelines — none of it fit anymore. So I rebuilt my life from scratch, one messy, brave step at a time.

This podcast is where I talk through all of it:

    • Reinvention
    • Healing
    • Divorce
    • Motherhood shifts
    • Identity changes
    • The WTF moments nobody warns you about
    • The quiet wins that pull you back home to yourself

Some episodes will be deep and thoughtful. Some will be funny and unhinged. Some will feel like a voice note from a friend who gets it.

If you’re rebuilding, rediscovering who you are, navigating a life change, or simply figuring it out as you go — you’re in the right place.

Welcome to My Therapist Says I Talk Too Much.
Let’s reinvent, reinvest, and roam together.
