  • From Burnout to Alignment: How Understanding My Energy Changed Everything
    Feb 22 2026

The one where.. I share a secret that I've been holding onto for a long time.

For a while, I have felt like I have been hiding a part of myself, especially as someone working within education. In this episode, I open up about the spiritual layer of my journey and why I can no longer separate it from the transformation I have experienced over the past few years.

As a PE teacher, we speak about the World Health Organisation’s pillars of health, and spirituality is one of them. Not religion, but meaning. Purpose. Connection. Reconnecting to that deeper layer has been essential in helping me find my path.

After returning to teaching in 2024, I felt burnt out, overstimulated and unseen. That is when I began asking deeper questions about how I am actually wired and how to stop forcing a rhythm that did not fit.

    In this episode, I share:

    • Why I felt burnt out and unseen returning to teaching
    • What Human Design actually is and how it maps your energy
    • What the different energy types, profiles and environments mean
    • How astrology reflects your emotional patterns and identity
    • Why understanding my Aries Sun, Capricorn Moon and Taurus Rising changed everything
    • How I stopped making impulsive decisions and started riding my emotional wave
    • What alignment looks like practically, including no late nights, less pressure and more peace

This is not a blueprint. It is my journey so far, still unfolding, and an invitation for you to explore what meaning and purpose look like for you.

  • Talkin’ Bout Your Intuition
    Feb 15 2026

The one where we talk about your intuition.

That quiet inner knowing. The gut feeling you couldn’t explain. The moment you knew something didn’t feel right, even when it looked good on paper.

In this episode, Liz explores what intuition really is, why it lives in the body not just the mind, and how learning to trust it can deepen self-awareness, confidence, and self-trust. Drawing on neuroscience, lived experience, and coaching insights, this conversation unpacks how intuition shows up through sensation, why we often ignore it, and how we can gently reconnect with it.

You’ll be invited to pause, reflect, and notice how intuition speaks to you, and how creating space can help you hear it more clearly. Liz also shares how supporting children and teens to trust their bodies and boundaries builds agency, autonomy, and lifelong resilience.

This episode is a reminder that intuition isn’t something you need to find. It’s something you learn to listen to.

  • Finding Yourself Through Style feat. Tina Abeysekara
    Feb 8 2026

The one where style becomes a doorway to identity, confidence, and self-expression.

In this episode of MindKind, Liz is joined by stylist and educator Tina Abeysekara, founder of Style on Purpose, for a deeply thoughtful conversation about how what we wear is so much more than just clothes.

Together, Liz and Tina explore how personal style evolves as we grow and move through different seasons of life, why fast fashion can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, and how our wardrobes often hold emotional ties to former versions of who we were.

Tina shares her journey from a background in environmental science and law into sustainable fashion and styling, and why mindful clothing choices are not about rules or trends, but about alignment, confidence, and values. The conversation also dives into the psychology of clothing, including how what we wear can instantly shift our mood, sense of power, and how we show up in the world.

Liz reflects on her own recent identity shift, sharing how her rainbow-obsessed son has inspired her to embrace bolder colour and self-expression, and how reconnecting with authenticity has sparked a new evolution in her style.

They also unpack why letting go of old clothes can feel so hard, how wardrobes can represent past identities, and what it really means to feel safe enough to be seen in what makes you feel good.

This episode is an invitation to dress for who you are now, not who you used to be, and to see style as a form of self-trust, self-expression, and care.
