  • New Year, Same Me (Just Better)
    Jan 16 2026

In this episode of Meghan Does, Meghan reflects on a year that quietly changed everything and what it taught her about consistency, mental health, and showing up for yourself without trying to reinvent your entire life.

She opens with a personal recap of 2025, including a career shift, the pause of a loving relationship, an Eat Pray Love style summer in Europe that unexpectedly surfaced deeper mental health realities, starting her own LLC, moving back to the beach, and launching this podcast as a way to connect beyond curated images and aesthetics.

From there, Meghan explores the transition from a reflective, inward season into one focused on momentum and forward motion. She talks about why the post-holiday period throws so many of us off, why January does not need to be extreme, and how progress actually happens through small, repeatable habits.

The conversation centers on what’s working right now: sustainable workouts, realistic self-care, better boundaries, and letting go of situations that no longer feel aligned. Meghan shares why consistency matters more than intensity, how she handles low-energy days, and why wellness should support your life instead of controlling it.

She also outlines what’s next for the podcast, including a shift toward more authentic conversations, broader life topics, and a focus on growth that feels honest and accessible.

This episode is a reminder that you don’t need a new personality, body, or life. You just need a few habits that support the one you already have.

  • The One Where I Came Back From the Dark
    Dec 17 2025

After a month-long break from the mic, I’m back and today I’m opening up about the depression, burnout, and creative rut that took me completely out. With 1 in 5 adults facing mental health challenges and 76% of people experiencing increased holiday stress, I wanted to share what the last few weeks have really looked like for me and what helped me slowly feel like myself again.

In this episode, I talk about what it felt like to hit a wall creatively, emotionally, and physically and how medication, honest conversations, and rebuilding healthy habits helped me climb out. I get into the pressure of feeling behind, social media comparison, and the IG post that reminded me that setbacks often lead to breakthroughs.

I also share my journey out of a major creative rut, including why my old DSLR stressed me out and how finally buying a camera I love brought joy and confidence back. Sometimes the problem is not you. Sometimes it is the tools you are using.

We walk through real and practical ways to get out of a rut: starting with the bare minimum, leaning into gentle movement, improving sleep, building anchor habits, and giving yourself permission to slow down. With research showing that tiny habits are more likely to stick and movement can reduce symptoms of depression, this episode is a reminder that small steps matter.

I close with what personally helped me reconnect with myself: better sleep routines, medication, movement, opening up to trusted people, a new camera, and rebuilding joy in small and sustainable ways.

If you have been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you are starting over again, this episode is for you. You are not behind. You are not alone. And it is never too late to begin again.

  • Miami Stories, Nude Beaches and Getting My Sh*t Together
    Nov 21 2025

This week on Meghan Does, Meghan catches up with her friend Mirka Villarreal (@_mirkattt) for a conversation that’s funny, honest and very real.

They start by talking about the first time they met, how first impressions actually work, and what it takes to put yourself out there and build friendships as an adult.

From there the catch-up goes everywhere in the best way:
💬 What it feels like to live in or be in a completely different time zone from everyone you know, the loneliness that hits at weird hours, and the random communication struggles that come with it.
💬 Miami things. The culture, the chaos, the characters and why the city always gives you something to talk about.
💬 A fully transparent conversation about nude beaches.
💬 And finally, how to get back into a fitness and health routine after falling off of it. What helps, what doesn’t, and why being gentle with yourself is usually the real key.

It’s a warm and easy conversation that feels like catching up with two friends you’ve known forever. The audio is a bit off this week but hey - we’re rolling with it because that’s life sometimes.
