    It doesn't have to always feel so hard or so intense. AND, when you step away from a long time habit; (for me in this case: saying goodbye to a 17 year relationship with social media) change takes time, lightness, humor, peacefulness make room, patterns naturally unravel and unwind and (un) conscious behaviors recalibrate when stepping into stillness, quiet and calm. Is peaceful boring? If peace is what I want to feel can it feel satisfying as my human nature? Stable and Steady YES!

    Here are some things I am entering the new year with: GROUNDiNG: (for me, I am wearing Earthing Harmony shoes with a copper ring on an acupuncture point that take a month to break in, so I'll keep you posted on how that slows me down for the present because everyone has their own unique experience).

    Clearing resistance, opening up to a new possibility, opening heart to life, digesting the past necessary shocks to the system can be learning curves, challenges and extremes. Sometimes the middle ground is not a default setting and smooth sailing can be a skill to genuinely appreciate with routine, predictability, repetition and clarity (for me, emotionally dense experiences to catalyze and get to where I am now has allowed me to return to being with what is: when the nervous system receives a lot of shocks - coming back into growth, evolution, perspective shifts and thankfulness).

    One of my triggers recently said: When I am not feeling heard it can feel easy to believe the idea "what if I feel like this forever?" No more strict rules or obligations. No more judgement/punishment energy. No more burdens. Opening ups to self forgiveness and remembrance. Time for benevolence and care and holding tenderness with LOVE! It's easy for me to give love. It's my edge to open my heart to receiving love in all ways and support. I deepen my capacity for leading with heart and generosity. I trust you life:)

    It has been a winter season of slowing down, tending, living based on nature's cycles, following the spiritual breadcrumbs, listening to the nudges etc. and allowing myself to be led! This winter for me has been all about REST and RENEWAL. I have been in experimentation with silence, unplugging, regenerating my own spaciousness through awareness. Spring is a new season that ushers in new life, stepping into the sun and allows us to shed what is no longer alive. Like a snake coming into a new skin, we have never been this version of ourselves before. Can you notice what resonates? Can you notice what is not an authentic fit? Can you remember that you are meant to feel the goodness this life has to offer? The beauty of learning how to let go is liberation and awakening us to the magic we have inside and the medicine we have for each other.     Allowing yourself to breathe is a gift! Breathing is exactly what your body needs to process. We never have to figure out the why. The mind is there to wander and sometimes I invite my thoughts in to wander. The breaths are with intention. They are with purpose. If you can lean into the depths of that, lean into that.
