What if your home is quietly shaping your mood, energy, and even your opportunities?

In this beautifully grounding episode, I’m joined by intuitive guide and energy mentor K. Margaret Solorio, creator of the Home Frequency Reset. Together, we explore the subtle yet powerful impact of your physical space - and how your home environment can either support or drain your growth.

    We talk about:

    • What “home frequency” actually means
    • Why energetic clutter affects creativity, abundance & relationships
    • Signs your space is energetically off (hint: chipped bowls, old towels, that one annoying drawer…)
    • How your physical environment reflects who you were — or supports who you’re becoming
    • How to make small, joyful changes that uplift your space (and your self)

Plus: Margaret explains how her remote home clearing sessions work, the emotional side of clutter, and the deeper intuitive connection between your home and your purpose.

  • 017 - Becoming Migraine-Free - A Powerful Mind-Body Approach with Dr. Kevin Wissman
    Jul 4 2025

    Send us a text

This is the most personal episode I’ve recorded to date.

My guest is Dr. Kevin Wissman - migraine health coach, pharmacist, and founder of Tame the Migraine. After suffering with migraines for over 20 years himself, Kevin developed the Migraine Reset and Rewire System, a revolutionary programme that’s helping people all over the world free themselves from chronic migraine.

And here’s the big twist… I was one of them.

In this episode, we dive deep into:

    • What migraines really are (spoiler: not just a bad headache)
    • Nervous system dysregulation and why it matters
    • Triggers, trauma, and the placebo effect
    • My own story of recovery after 18 years of migraines
    • How Kevin’s approach changed my life — and why I want more people to know about it

Whether you suffer with migraine yourself or know someone who does, I hope this conversation brings hope, clarity, and real insight.

  • 016 - Why You’re More Than You Think - Exploring the Innate Self with Jules Kuroda
    Jun 7 2025

    Send us a text

In this episode of Life With Purpose, I’m joined by Jules Kuroda, leadership coach and author of The N8 Self: You Are More Than Your Mind, Body and Emotion. We explore what lies beyond traditional personal development and why our higher nature - the part of us that longs for meaning, contribution, connection and creativity - deserves more attention.

Jules shares how the eight characteristics of the N8 Self can help us rediscover who we truly are and live more authentically, not just in our personal lives but in leadership too.

We discuss the difference between recognition and contribution, why many of us struggle with creativity, and how meaning doesn’t always come from big life missions - it’s also found in everyday moments.

If you’ve ever felt like something deeper is missing, this is the conversation for you.

  • 015 - How to Have a Happy Birthday (Really!) - With Tamar Hurwitz-Fleming
    May 6 2025

    Send us a text

When was the last time you truly enjoyed your birthday?

In this uplifting and eye-opening episode, I’m joined by Tamar Hurwitz-Fleming – writer, spiritual teacher, and author of How to Have a Happy Birthday.

Tamar shares why birthdays matter more than we think, how they offer a unique opportunity to celebrate ourselves, and how we can reclaim joy in a way that feels authentic (even if you’re not usually a fan of birthdays).

We explore everything from birthday blues and self-sabotage to the power of ritual, boundaries, and reflection. You’ll hear why birthdays can be transformational – not just once a year, but as a blueprint for living with greater presence, self-love, and purpose.

Expect thoughtful insights, gentle challenges to your assumptions, and a renewed sense of what it means to honour yourself – not just on your birthday, but every day.

  • 014 - Spines, Surgery & Sheer Determination: How Andrew "Patto" Patterson Redefined Resilience
    Apr 8 2025

    Send us a text

Former professional cricketer Andrew "Patto" Patterson had a career most athletes dream of, playing for Ireland, Sussex, and Bedfordshire. But in 2013, everything changed when he was diagnosed with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) - a condition that threatened to confine him to a wheelchair for life.

Instead of accepting his fate, Patto took on the ultimate challenge. From major spinal surgery in the USA (where two-thirds of his nerves were severed!) to gruelling rehab and an incredible 5K walk in May 2024.

Now a motivational speaker, Patto shares his raw, honest, and often humorous take on resilience, mindset, and adapting when life throws the unexpected at you. In this episode, we dive into:

✅ The moment he knew something wasn’t right
✅ The brutal reality of living with HSP
✅ His decision to risk everything for a chance to walk again
✅ Why resilience isn’t just about bouncing back - it’s about coming back stronger
✅ The life lessons he now shares as a speaker

Patto’s story is proof that when life changes, you can change with it - on your own terms.

🎧 Listen now for an inspiring dose of perspective, grit, and good humour!

Divorce might be the end of a relationship, but it doesn’t have to be the end of joy, confidence, or pleasure.

In this episode, divorce and intimacy coach Lindsey Hall joins me to talk about navigating breakups, co-parenting, and dating after divorce - without losing yourself in guilt, shame, or anger. Lindsey believes in empowered, pleasure-filled healing and helps her clients break free from social conditioning that keeps them stuck in old patterns.

✅ Why emotional support is just as important as legal and financial help
✅ How to stop guilt, shame, and outside opinions from dictating your healing
