Where your attention goes, energy flows... whether you like it or not!

In this episode, we talk about what it means when your thoughts create your reality and what you focus on, you find.

When you say things like "I knew that would happen", it reinforces the belief you had all along: that things wouldn't work out in your favour.

How can we change our focal point and attention? With simple sentence reframes and "I am" statements.

A question I personally get asked about a lot is how my ADHD journey is going with my medication, so I thought I'd put it into an episode!

As someone who was diagnosed at 30 with ADHD, giving medication a go was something I was open to – I wanted to test the waters and see what all the fuss was about.

Turns out, it has helped me change my life in more ways than I could count on one hand.

Using my medication as a tool (not a cure-all pill) and changing aspects of my life to help it work better (such as diet, exercise and mental healing), I talk about how it's helped me run my businesses better and help me be a better wife, friend and boss.

I have based this episode on my own experiences as a late-diagnosed business woman with ADHD.

In this episode, we explore what it means to listen to our bodies – when we aren’t able to process emotions, situations and traumas in the mind, our body stores it instead.

When we can start to think about certain phrases such as “carrying the weight on your shoulders” or “slipping through your fingers” or “bit off more than you can chew”, your body aches and issues start to make sense for what happens in your life.

Your body whispers to you with what you need to pay attention to, if you ignore it, the whisper turns into a scream.

Your task: pay attention to your body and notice what it’s telling you. Listen to what comes up in your mind about what might be the deeper meaning to your bodily aches or pains, get curious instead of judgemental!
