The Challenge is back, and we gave episode one the entire hour it deserves. Cutthroat dropped 24 players into Thailand, split them into three teams, and immediately reminded everybody that the vets are outnumbered.

We start with the roll call. CT, Johnny Bananas, Cory Wharton, Nelson Thomas, Cara Maria and Brad Fiorenza are back, and we get into why the vet count keeps shrinking, how the feeder show pipeline changed the balance of this game, and why the rookies stopped respecting the people who built it.

Then it is episode one. A race through Bangkok, a puzzle for the first eight to reach the villa, and a top eight with zero vets in it.

Pour something bubbly. We are in this season all the way.

Love Island was a swing and a miss this season. Not enough drama, too much kissing, not enough getting to know each other.

The Valley got better now that Jax is gone. Danny's misogyny problem has entered the chat, and Lala's calling him out on it.

Summer House is where the real business is. Lindsay Hubbard is undefeated, and the "single mom card" reunion drama is a whole thing.

Big Brother 28 has our draft picks in shambles. Drew is somehow thriving, and Angela is activated.

The tea is HOT and we're not holding back. West and Amanda are confirmed, Ciara is out here looking like an icon, and Amanda just fumbled what could have been her Ariana arc. We break down the full timeline, the calculated PR move, how Kyle is getting looked over, and why we're giving Danielle her flowers. Pour up because this one got messy.

Topics we cover:

• The West and Amanda confirmation and that copy-paste Instagram Story
• Full timeline breakdown: when did this actually start?
• Ciara was sitting on the ground in NYC. We need her ascension era now.
• Why Amanda fumbled her Ariana moment
• Kyle is being completely ignored and we feel some type of way about it
• Danielle called it seasons ago. Her W.
• Is any of this organic or is it all PR?
• What we need from the reunion

Southern Charm Season 11 is giving us everything we asked for, and this episode delivered. Craig and Austen are officially crowned the drama kings of Charleston — and no, we're not accepting appeals. Sally is out here calling dibs on a man who is literally pursuing someone else, meanwhile Austen just announced his breakup and is already planting seeds with Sally. And Whitney? He showed up just long enough to get credit.

We break down the Craig vs. Austen rivalry, why Sally's loyalty radar is completely broken, and what Shep's pained face in every scene is really telling us.

Pour yourself something bubbly. It's a mess in Charleston and we are HERE for it.

We just finished Episode 8 of The Traitors Season 3 and baby, it has been COOKING. Rob has gone full rogue traitor, Candice got robbed (pun intended), Colton finally got what he deserved, and Eric, sweet clueless Eric, is now a traitor. We break down all of it.

This week we get into:

• Why Candice was carrying all three traitors on her back the entire season
• Rob's baffling decision to protect a faithful over his own traitor team
• The throwaway vote situation and why the faithfuls completely missed the obvious clue
• Why housewives keep getting targeted and why they need to stop turning on each other
• Colton's obsession with Lisa, his wrong reads, and why we are SO glad he's gone
• Michael Rapaport, gone too soon, and why we felt that
• Eric as a new traitor: is he going to pull it off or fold immediately
• Who we're actually rooting for now (Dorinda? Mark? Stephen? Help.)

If you've been watching The Traitors Season 3, you already know. If you haven't, catch up and come back because this season is genuinely one of the best.

Summer House is BACK and we are so here for it. In Episode 19, we’re breaking down the Season 10 premiere — and honey, they did not ease us in gently.

Kyle and Amanda arrived to the Hamptons in SEPARATE cars. No rings in sight. Kyle’s out here admitting he was gone every single weekend from January to June, then acting shocked that Amanda has zero interest in reconnecting. Baby, you pushed her away and she learned to live without you — and now she’s thriving. We love that for her.

Lindsay Hubbard made a FaceTime cameo (the queen deserves a full return AND her own room), new cast members KJ and Ben brought good energy, and one of the new girls cried on night ONE. We’ve all been there, sis.

We also break down our Season 10 predictions: Will Ciara and West finally get it together? Is there something brewing between Carl and Benita from Southern Charm? And can this house survive a full summer of Kyle and Amanda’s domestic situation?

Pour yourself something bubbly — this season is going to be a lot.
