  • S3E3 Music To My Ears (Trailer)
    Aug 17 2026

Not everyone can tell an impactful story through music, where every note carries an emotion and every lyric has a message.

When you happen upon an artist who can, like I did it’s like music to your ears. For me, it wasn't only my guest's voice that stopped me in my tracks that day, but it was also the way he made me remanence about love lost and love to be had.

Ending a relationship doesn't always make it any easier to get over, and I'm speaking from experience. Something that my guest also alluded to in this episode. What soulful voices does is breathe hope into the heart so that a little love can once again enter.

You see, a soulful voice doesn’t just sing a song it tells a story, touches the heart, and leaves a message behind. When music comes from the soul, you don’t just hear it you can also feel it.

Why, because songs of love coming from a soulful voice has the power to pierce the soul, awaken the emotions, and tell stories that words alone cannot do.

Artist such as my guest, Jarius White, aka Jairox, don’t simply sing music, they also make you feel the story behind every word of it.

I hope after listening to this entire episode that you too come to learn that soulful voices have the power to tell stories that the heart already know, which has the power to heal and to create communities of hope and peace.

  • S3E1 Pt 1 Life Lines For Baby Daddies
    Jun 19 2026

What happens when fathers are given the tools, support, and accountability to become the men and parents they want to be?

In this episode, our guest discusses the creation, structure, and philosophy behind The Dad's Workshop, a fatherhood program rooted in more than 20 years of community service and personal experience.

The Workshop was created to address a reality that many men face: the societal stigma that can make asking for help feel like a sign of weakness.

Instead, the Dad's Workshop creates an environment where fathers can seek support, develop practical skills, and confront personal challenges without having to navigate them alone.

The program incorporates a multifaceted curriculum, trauma informed tools, peer support, emotional regulation techniques, and role playing exercises designed to help fathers address difficult circumstances, including domestic abuse and other challenges that can impact their families.

But perhaps one of the most important principles discussed in this episode is accountability.

The Workshop emphasizes goal setting, personal responsibility, and keeping the wellbeing of the child or children at the center of the process even when parents are experiencing significant personal conflict.

Because when adults are struggling, children can often find themselves caught in the middle.

This episode explores how fathers can move beyond their personal challenges, develop healthier patterns, and build stronger families while creating a different legacy for the next generation.

It also examines the changing landscape of fatherhood and the growing recognition that being a strong father doesn't mean having all the answers.

Sometimes strength means asking for help, accepting accountability, and being willing to change.

The guest also discusses pathways for fathers and men everywhere to find supportive communities where they can learn, grow, and discover that they don't have to navigate fatherhood alone.

Stronger fathers can help build stronger families and stronger families can help shape stronger generations.

  • Trailer S2E5 The Price Of Forgiveness
    Aug 17 2025

Forgiveness often demands a brutal internal inventory where we trade justice for peace, leaving us to wonder if mercy is merely a refined form of defeat.

We must dissect the visceral resistance to letting go, exposing how holding onto resentment provides a false sense of security that keeps our wounds open. Why does forgiveness feel less like a virtue and more like a total surrender? We are taught that letting go is an act of strength, but in the quiet of our minds, it often feels like losing a war we should have won. Is mercy truly peace, or just a refined form of defeat?

This episode explores that very thought.Your resentment isn't just anger; it is a false sense of security, which tricks you into feeling protected. By holding onto that feeling, you keep the wound open and convinced that justice is right around the corner. But what if the internal cost of that justice is actually destroying your future? The guest in this episode offers his opinions on how to move beyond the emotional strain of those feelings and onto the beautiful reasons to do so. He discusses the brutal truthof forgiveness, which requires you to trade your demand for justice for a chance at peace.

It is a heavy, painful transaction, which forces you to face the visceral resistance of your own ego. Pastor Freeman speaks truth regarding the difficulty of forgiving, but most importantly he also offers guidance on how to do so in such a way that's palatable; my word not his, lol.

Warning: This episode mentions suicide. If you have thoughts of suicide, please contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988, in the United States.
