Happiness is something we all deserve, and it’s an emotion that helps us vibrate at one of the highest frequencies we can experience.

In today’s episode, we’ll explore the three dimensions of happiness—pleasure, engagement, and purpose—and discover how each of them shows up in our everyday lives.

We’ll also talk about how happiness literally changes our biology. When we experience high-vibe emotions like joy, gratitude, love, and connection, our brains release powerful chemicals that help us feel better, think more clearly, and thrive. And from an energetic perspective, the more we cultivate these emotions, the more we begin attracting experiences that resonate with that same exciting (and happy) frequency.

So… let’s start cultivating some HAPPY together!!

Hello Everyone in the Joy Filled Universe!!!!
