Hello Joy Filled Universe!

I'm super excited to share this week's episode with all of you!!! What if I told you that the people who trigger our emotions of comparison, envy, jealously, etc are actually Universal gifts of expansion and growth??

In today's episode we are flipping the script on intimidation and those uncomfortable moments when someone else seems to have what we want. So, instead of shrinking, spiraling, or questioning our worth...we are exploring a new lens: worthy rivals (a concept from Simon Sinek's book, The Infinite Game). This new perspective will inspire us to be curious and to recognize how the right people, those who challenge us in areas where we desire to grow, can become powerful catalysts for our continuous unfolding into the very best versions of ourselves!

Hello Joy Filled Universe!!!

Are you ready to clear away negative energy blocks and call in abundance with the flow the high vibe frequency of joy and love?? In this weeks episode we are exploring Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which is a powerful science meets spirit practice inspired by ancient Chinese acupuncture.

We will learn that in just 5-10 minutes a day, we can reduce and release negative energy, through pattern interrupt, and unblock our energetic flow within our bodies!!! From there...we are on our way to allowing good feeling energy course throughout our bodies which sends out high vibe energy to the Universe...which means....high vibe energy is attracted to us in the form of manifested desires coming into our reality!

Hello Joy Filled Universe!
