Are these just memory glitches… or something stranger? From there, COAD spirals into Hollow Earth theories, uncover a bizarre story about a fake movie supposedly involving Mel Gibson and the New World Order, and break down a viral controversy involving a WNBA star that raises questions about narratives, media framing, and “the whole truth.” I also switch gears into health and wellness—talking about food, digestion, and why when you eat matters just as much as what you eat, especially when it comes to circadian rhythm, sleep, and recovery.
