I liked it significantly less than I liked Wicked (2024). I discuss why it falls short and give credit where credit is due for its strengths as well.

My main sentiment is that this had an excellent cast, cinematography, set and costume design, but its weak screenplay undermined them all. Film is a collaborative medium and it’s only as strong as its weakest link.
