    hiiiiii  (1st of all I'm so sorry for the shocking sound again.. every time I would get on a roll Siri would pop up and I have no idea how to fix that lol) sooo im back and with a lengthy one this time.. with steps to get yourself back on your feet when you're going through a tough time.
