Investigators traced it to a pay phone outside of town, but they couldn't determine who was on the other end. Nearly two decades later, authorities formed a task force and conducted a new search, but Sonya remained missing. More than 22 years after her disappearance, the identity of the caller is still unknown, and her family continues to wait for answers.
