In this episode we explore the complexities of learning when to share and when not too.  So many times it is easy to use your health issues to get attention or some relief or focus onto your particular heart health issue.  But, sometimes more can be accomplished by not putting focus on your "family problems".   The more you share, sometimes, the more people distance themself from you.  Ignorance is Bliss as they say...

This is a bold perspective from both the patient (child) and the parents who must navigate this new world.  I also address the loneliness from a patient and the parents and people start to distance you as your challenges mount.  Understand that I understand what you are going through as I watched my parents navigate a difficult journey to healthcare in a whole new light.
