    This episode “Bumps In The Road” is regarding as we step into our best selves as we're walking our walk life is going to bring difficult moments at times but the key to it is not letting any one of those moments or bumps derail you and make you get stuck at that moment in time. The bumps in the road that we experience in life are to teach us lessons and as we evolve and develop more we will understand better how to handle them and work through them. Sometimes when we're going through an unpleasant time or a time when we feel alienated from The rest of the world it is often times when work is being done to us to prepare us for the next chapter in our life.

    This episode “God Bless The Birds and Butterflies” is about remembering and appreciating the small things that happen in between the bigger things that were waiting for. When we give gratitude, so many times we give gratitude for the big things but it's the little ones that make life so beautiful also, as with the birds and the butterflies. Unfortunately we don't appreciate these things until they're gone and I've noticed a drop off of both in the area where I live and I'm missing it and realizing how beautiful they were, the birds for their sound and the butterflies for their color and beauty. These are things that money can't buy. What this all equates to is living in the moment where you can see the beauty in things that are happening that we take for granted while we're waiting for the bigger things to happen. So as we approach 2026 let's remember the things that we think will always be there, let's not take them for granted any more, let's appreciate everything that's around us.

Sometimes when you're going through things, it is a way of redirecting us and that there is something better out there for us that we just haven't seen yet or don't know of yet. The more you work on yourself the more you follow the steps to be your best self the quicker you will go through the challenges that life throws at you. Everybody goes through things life is full of ups and downs and I realized some are more challenging than others, that's why it's important to find supportive friends and family that will support you but it's also very important to be able to support yourself regardless of who's there for you or not. And when you learn all of these ways of coping, of addressing situations, the faster and easier they will become.

    This episode “Getting Rid Of The Pain” is about the journey that we all take to get to where we are now. If you look at statistics most of the people that are highly successful have gone through things that were less than pleasant and our journey is no different, so it's not only getting rid of the pain but it's looking at it through a different lens, looking at it and see if it were a lesson to get you to where you are now. I go over a strategy that I used to diminish that time in my life that was rather unpleasant to get to where I am now. When we take our journeys we have three choices we can either self medicate, or we can have a pity party, or we can take what we've learned and move on.

    This episode “Imbalance” is about when we try to control things, when we are relaxed and letting the universe direct our lives then we are in balance, we are in the center and as we try to control things maybe move the pendulum too far to the left or too far to the right then we become imbalanced. Sometimes it's best not to do anything but to let life unfold. This can be a strange feeling because we're not used to doing nothing but sometimes it is necessary to sit back and let life happen, but also being in a relaxed state helps you to get your spiritual guidance.
