ਸਾਧੂ ਰਾਮ ਇੱਕ ਸਿੱਧਾ-ਸਾਦਾ ਮੱਝਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸਨੇ ਸਾਰੀ ਉਮਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕਮਾਇਆ। ਪਰ ਦੋ ਅਜਨਬੀ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਿੱਠੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਕੇ ਉਹ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਠੱਗੀ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

This is a story about a family where relationships slowly begin to be judged by status, income, and position instead of love and respect.

On one side is a government-school lecturer who takes great pride in her position. On the other is her sister-in-law, who does not have a job but quietly takes care of the entire household.

Because of ego and differences in status, a wall is built inside the house. Even the kitchen is separated, creating distance between the family members.

But one day, Mandeep suddenly suffers a heart attack and collapses on the stairs. The very sister-in-law whom the lecturer considered economically inferior is the first person to find him and take care of him.

That moment teaches the lecturer a powerful lesson:
