Welcome to the God Has Spoken podcast. As doubts about God's will arise the world resorts to feelings and experts. We go to the law and testimony of God's word (Isaiah 8:20).

Each episode will focus on a specific Bible story or text that will aid us in learning what it means to follow God's Word.

  • False Teaching & False Living | Jeremiah 29
    Oct 21 2026
In this episode we are in Jeremiah 29. We examine one verse in particular that is often taken out of context and used to make a point that the text simply isn’t making. Then we look at the words of 2 false prophets in Jeremiah’s day by the name of Ahab and Zedekiah. These 2 men teach us that false teaching usually accompanies false living. From here we ask ourselves some important questions: Am I listening to false teaching that will lead me to false living? Or am I paying careful attention to what God says?

  • When the Bible Gets Cut | Dealing with Difficult Truths
    Oct 14 2026
In this episode we are looking at contrasting reactions to the word of God. We do this by looking at a story about Jehoiakim and then another story about Josiah. What do I do when the Bible tells me hard things? Do I ignore, close it, and act like I never read it? Or do I have the kind of heart that wants to change, and is willing to take extreme measures to make sure the word of the Lord is being followed in my life?

  • How to Receive Jesus | Mark 10
    Oct 7 2026
In this episode we are in Mark 10 and we look at a few encounters that people have with Jesus. From children, to a rich man, to his disciples, and finally to a blind man, we see Jesus always have something to say. But who do we identify with the most out of these interactions? Are we humble in the way we receive Jesus? Do we have too much to let go and so we don’t follow Jesus? Or are we willing to admit our need for help and ready to let go of the things we are attached to?
