    Welcome to Game Studio Coach, a brand new podcast dedicated to levelling-up leadership in the video game industry.

    In this episode I introduce myself and the reasons why I've started this show. I also talk about the games industry having a tough time at the moment and how it is the talent and people within the industry that will get us through this period of lay-offs, cancelled projects and studio closures.

    Fundamentally, to make awesome games, studios need awesome people. And people become awesome teams due to the strength and depth of leadership therein.

    So this episode kicks off with some ideas about how each one of us in this wonderful, vibrant industry can do our bit to become the best versions of ourselves and the leaders our studios need.
