Please do not get on Beyonce's Internet and say that we think that having fun is not the goal of sports or ANYTHING! That is NOT what we're saying. What we're saying is that often comes on the other side of a bunch of hours of hard work.

People of all ages get to that flow state after a lot of hard yards and difficult work. You don't just skip to that part of the story.

Why are we so passionate about that?

It's because many will hear this story and try to skip to the end like we talk about in the podcast. When they do they will face unnecessary harship and that is what we are hoping to help others avoid.
