In this episode Belinda chats to Edwina Flynn- CEO Wood Innovations Ltd. Edwina is very passionate about health & well being and believes this is key in the workplace. In 2020, she started working with Northern Ireland Chest, Heart and Stroke and implemented the Work Well, Live Well programme as part of the Wood Innovations 5 year growth plan which commenced in January 2021. Edwina loves the outdoors, walking, hiking and running. She is also the Vice-President of Newry Chamber of Commerce, a Mentor with both Women in Business and the Career Ready Programme with St Mary's High School. A busy lady with an inspiring story!
