    Chef Todd definitely brought all the magic this week. We got HIGH off Chocolatina strain from SF Roots. This is a Sativa strain. The dish... Jamaican Jerk Salmon with a superb rice and peas risotto. Chef Todd sliced sliced the skin off the salmon before he cooked and surprised the heck out of everyone when he dropped the salmon skin "fish scale" in a skillet and fried it.
