While we were recording this episode, we transitioned into the kitchen for our final shot... The reveal of desert. A portion of the team was breaking down our equipment and unplugged our Rodecaster Pro (the device we use to record audio) without pressing the "end record button" so we lost all of our audio. WHO CARES - Chef Todd and I are blessing you with a voice over play by play of the episode and it is SUPERB. The food shots in this episode are tantalizing and will make your mouth water.
