We divide the world up, and so we divide ourselves - making it super difficult to do things as we think we have to figure it all out ourselves. This makes little sense to me.

Instead of forcing change through willpower alone, let's see how you can do it through the "Internal You" and the "External You".

This episode is not for managers. It’s not even for “leaders,” really. It’s for humans who are tired of playing roles at work. Tired of pretending. Tired of talking about psychological safety while avoiding real conversations. Tired of holding their breath in teams that say “we value feedback” but can’t handle it.
