    Today we're diving deeper on a topic I see often in clincal practice - Fatigue. There are many factors that tie into fatigue, anywhere from nutritional deficiencies to burning the candle at both ends.

    If you want to know more about optimal dietary patterns as related to intermittent fasting make sure to listen to Episode 7

    Take Aways

    • Look at common nutrient deficiencies such as Vitamin D, iron, iodine, B vitamins that contribute to fatigue.
    • Remember to make sure and nourish yourself both from a nutrient intake to caring for yourslef!
    • Avoid long periods of being sedentary
