• Always Be Ready | Imago Dei: More Than a Machine
    Oct 25 2026

Human worth is not measured by intelligence, productivity, independence, beauty, health, or technological enhancement. Every human being receives identity and dignity from the Creator who made us in his image. Our bodies are not disposable hardware, and immortality is not a software upgrade. The eternal Word became flesh, shared our blood, entered death, and rose bodily to restore what sin had broken. Our future is not escape from creaturehood but resurrection in Christ.

  • Always Be Ready | When God Seems Silent (1 Corinthians 1)
    Oct 18 2026

The existence of evil can make God's hand impossible to trace. Scripture refuses shallow explanations, as though every tragedy could be decoded from a distance. Instead, God gives us something firmer than an explanation: his promises. At the cross, his saving work was hidden beneath weakness, suffering, and apparent defeat. The resurrection shows that his hiddenness is not absence and his silence is not indifference. We may not understand his ways, but we know his heart in Christ.

  • More than a Man | Always Be Ready (John 8)
    Oct 11 2026

Christian faith does not rest on Jesus as merely a wise teacher, moral example, or inspiring martyr. He is the eternal Son, the visible image of the invisible God, the One through whom and for whom all things were made. His divinity is not an abstract doctrine. Only God could bear the full weight of the world's sin and conquer death; only the true man Jesus could stand in our place. With Thomas, the Church worships him: My Lord and my God.

  • Always Be Ready | God Said It (2 Peter 1)
    Oct 4 2026

The Bible is not a fragile collection of religious impressions waiting for each generation to repair it. It is God's breathed-out, textually certain, living Word. Through it, the Spirit exposes the blind spots our culture normalizes, corrects the stories we tell ourselves, and opens the Scriptures around the face of Christ. We trust the Bible not because every reader is unbiased, but because its divine Author is faithful.

  • Always Be Ready | Beyond the Vibes (Acts 17)
    Sep 27 2026

Human beings are incurably religious, but our spiritual instincts and private experiences cannot climb their way to God. The living God breaks through our guesses. He speaks his saving name, acts in history, and finally reveals himself in the Son. Jesus is not one spiritual option among many. The One who commands wind and waves is the Lord who came near to rescue us.

  • Always Be Ready | The Witness of Wonder (Psalm 19)
    Sep 20 2026

Creation surrounds us with signs of God's power, wisdom, and generosity, while conscience bears witness that we are accountable to him. Yet neither a sunset nor an uneasy conscience can tell us how sinners are reconciled to the holy God. General revelation leaves humanity without excuse, but only the spoken gospel reveals the Father's saving heart in Christ. Wonder can awaken the question; Jesus supplies the answer.

  • Always Be Ready | Ready With Hope (1 Peter 3)
    Sep 13 2026

Every Christian can share the hope of Christ with confidence - not because Christians know everything, but because they know the One who has done everything to save them. Apologetics begins with a heart that sets apart Christ as Lord. From there, we do not enter conversations as frightened defendants or proud combatants. We speak as forgiven people, ready to listen, ready to give a reason, and ready to point beyond ourselves to the death and resurrection of Jesus.

  • Discipleshift | Disciples Who Make Disciples (2 Timothy 2:1-2)
    Sep 6 2026

What does it look like to make disciples who make disciples?

In 2 Timothy 2:1–2, the apostle Paul writes to Timothy as a spiritual father, encouraging him to entrust the gospel to faithful people who will be able to teach others also. God’s work was never meant to depend on one pastor, one leader, or one generation. His mission moves forward as Christians receive the truth of Jesus Christ and faithfully pass it on.

In this message, we explore God’s biblical pattern for discipleship, spiritual leadership, mentoring, and multiplying faith from one generation to the next. While not every Christian is called to be a pastor or teacher in the church, every believer lives within relationships where faith can be shared, strengthened, and passed along—within the home, the congregation, friendships, workplaces, and everyday life.

Discover how God uses ordinary Christians, grounded in His Word and strengthened by His grace, to help raise up the next generation of disciples.

    📖 Bible Passage: 2 Timothy 2:1–2
