Real conversations about creative decisions.
Steven Puri built visual effects for 14 films the Independence Day VFX team won an Academy Award.
He sold his effects company, Centropolis, at 28.

Then ran the studio side: VP at 20th Century Fox (Die Hard, Wolverine), EVP at DreamWorks K/O (Star Trek, Transformers). Then he left it. Built Sukha instead a focus app built on real research, for people who live with distraction instead of pretending it isn't there.

His belief: it's not a focus problem. It's a purpose problem.

In this episode: what a Hollywood VFX and studio career actually teaches you about building a company, why he walked away from the industry that made him, and his answer to the question every creative is quietly asking what does AI leave for us to do.
