We’re giving you just SOME of our biggest gymnastics pet peeves… Everything from graphic woes to broadcast icks.

Happy Thursday!! And welcome to the year 2026!! We are SO back and extremely excited to kick the New Year off right with a stellar episode for you guys.

Of course we are going to give you our top 10 gymnastics headlines from the last couple of weeks, including NCAA gym news, international gym news and so much more.

However, the main event today is our first ever DECODED interview! Today, we have the University of Florida’s Owen Field to talk with us about all things NCAA, his perspective on 2025 Worlds and why he’s obsessed with X (formerly Twitter).

It was so fun getting to hear his insight into the new NQS changes ahead of the start of the 2026 season. We yapped so hard we decided to put our one Gymnasts Are People Too headline into our top 10 headlines since we ran out of time for the full segment.

What a way to kick off 2026; we can’t wait for you to see what we have in store.
