Clearly ,Inspiration can be external however the motivation has always been internal. We can get inspired by all the external factors but unless you feel motivated from within, there is no action. You are stuck at the same place just getting inspired.

As they say, sharing is the best medium to lift each other up. Here I am, opening to few moments of my past life which I have not forgotten but kept close to me and my 3 go to reasons for what I am today. 

This one is a small catch up with you all. I wanted to share how I feel today. I have been asking lot of questions to myself , reflecting as to why I behaved like I did before and what really changed. After a lot of thought and mindset change  , I realised and this peace is dearer to me than anything else in the world. 

No book , no quote , no meditation can work for you unless you have the mindset to learn!! So here are my two cents on what it was for me!!
