  • All the answers are in the practice ... today Kelly is in conversation with iRest Teachers Paul and James!
    Jan 22 2026

There's a part of us that's always okay, we just need to find our way back to it.

In today's episode of 'Can you hear me?' Kelly is joined by Paul and James, two iRest (Integrative Restoration) teachers who share their journeys into this powerful wellbeing practice. Kelly, also an iRest teacher herself is deeply grateful for their teachings and this conversation!

Paul opens up about hitting rock bottom, burnout, addiction, and being kicked out of his own business. After years of searching, he found iRest and now teaches it in prisons and to veterans, helping people who've never been asked "what are your deepest wishes?"

James shares how he was dragged kicking and screaming to a yoga ashram by an ex-partner, only to have a life-changing experience that took him 20 years to fully understand and shares the depth of yoga nidra.

Together they walk us through the ten steps of iRest a laying down meditation practice used by the US military and how it can help us fall back in love with ourselves all over again.

All the answers are in the practice. Paul and James!

  • The other side of hard times is beautiful - today Kelly is in conversation with Dean Hammond!
    Jan 3 2026

In today's episode, I'm joined by Dean Hammond, founder of Flow Marlow, and what a conversation this was!

Dean opens up about his journey from being a hardworking electrician to burning out completely. He shares how one yoga class introduced him to a community that became his lifeline - and when that studio closed, he refused to let it go.

Fourteen months of therapy, seven properties, five landlords later... Flow Marlow was born. But it's so much more than a wellness studio - it's a place of belonging.

"It's okay to fail. It's okay to mess up," Dean reminds us. "We just need a safe space to talk."

From burnout to bridge builder, Dean's story proves the other side of hard times can be beautiful.
