  • Toxic Mom Groups and Toddler Bedtime Battles
    Jan 21 2026

This week on Between Us Moms, Hallie and Katie are covering everything moms are actually talking about — from toddler bedtime procrastination and toxic mom group culture and celebrity mom drama (Hilary, Mandy and Ashley -- we're looking at you!) and whether farting in front of your partner really makes your marriage stronger.

We kick things off with our Yays & Nays of the Week, including Hallie’s gross but honest realization about men that has us questioning everything. Then Katie opens up about a VERY relatable toddler sleep struggle — her child wants her in the crib every single night before falling asleep. Sound familiar? We’re talking bedtime stalling tactics like asking for more milk, more water, one more story, or demanding a parent lay with them — and we’re sharing realistic bedtime hacks and parenting tips to help if your toddler is fighting sleep.

In our Headlines That Made Us Text Each Other, we dive into the toxic mom group conversation sparked by celebrity moms Ashley Tisdale, Hilary Duff, and Mandy Moore. Our hosts have a LOT to say about that viral essay and the drama that has ensued. Katie shares exclusive insider insight after interviewing all three of these celebrity moms multiple times — they also share their opposite takes on Matthew Koma’s involvement, and why this topic hit such a nerve for modern moms.

We also break down Nikki Bella’s viral photo kissing her son on the lips, which sent her comment section into absolute chaos. Is it innocent? Is it weird? Is the internet doing too much? Katie and Hallie share their unfiltered hot takes.

And finally in our Mom Algorithm segment … we talk gas. 💨 Apparently, farting in front of your partner can make you a stronger couple — but do Katie and Hallie actually do it? We’re getting into marriage, intimacy and the gas of it all in true Between Us Moms fashion.

If you’re a mom navigating toddler sleep regression, mom guilt, celebrity mom culture, marriage after kids, and internet parenting judgment, this episode will make you feel seen, validated, and laughing out loud.

    Jan 14 2026

Pelvic floor issues after pregnancy are far more common than we’re told. In this must-listen episode of Between Us Moms, we’re joined by Dr. Sara Reardon, pelvic floor physical therapist and the woman behind @the.vagina.whisperer, to answer the questions so many moms are silently Googling.

Dr. Reardon breaks down what the pelvic floor actually is, how it’s affected by pregnancy, childbirth, and C-sections, and how to tell whether your pelvic floor is too tight, too weak, or both. We talk about what really happens during your first pelvic floor therapy session, when it’s safe to start therapy after giving birth (and whether it’s ever too late), and why pushing when you pee can do more harm than good.

It’s the final episode of 2025, and the moms are here for a cozy, chaotic, and heartfelt catch-up just in time to close out the year. She also opens up about finally discovering the root of her youngest daughter’s months of fussiness… ALLERGIES. A reminder to trust your gut, ask questions, and always advocate for your babies. She explains what is going on!

    • 2025 Year in Review: The moms reflect on what this whirlwind year taught them—about themselves, career and work, and in their motherhood journeys. Growth, grace, grit… and a whole lot of fun.

  • From Outrage to Action: Kitty Brandtner and the Fight to Ban Assault Weapons
    Nov 26 2025

On this episode of Between Us Moms, we’re joined by Kitty Brandtner, the founder of March Fourth, a nonpartisan movement fighting for a federal ban on assault weapons.

After the Highland Park shooting on July 4th, 2022, Kitty woke up the next morning — heartbroken, angry, and unwilling to go back to “normal.” In her words, “I woke up on the 5th of July and was like, really spicy and pissed… I just wanted to go to D.C. and scream at the top of my lungs that I want a federal ban on assault weapons.” She posted her email on Instagram, took a deep breath (and a Xanax), went to bed — and woke up to more than 300 messages from people across the country who felt the same way. From that moment, March Fourth was born — a movement formed by accident, powered by hope.

In this conversation, Kitty shares what motivated her to take that first step, why March Fourth has stayed intentionally nonpartisan (“We’re not here to tell you how to vote — we’re here to ask if you believe we should end mass shootings”), and what it will really take to get a federal assault weapons ban through Congress. She also offers simple, concrete actions that any of us — from our own homes — can take to help move the needle on gun safety.

This episode is raw, motivating, and full of heart — a reminder that you don’t need to be an expert or an activist to make a difference. Sometimes, you just have to decide you can’t go back to work tomorrow.

Then Hallie jumps in with a very different kind of update: the spark is BACK. She and Andrew are finally out of the baby-making/postpartum fog and fully in their hot-and-heavy era—think revived mojo, new toys, and actually enjoying intimacy again.

  • 'Seeking Sister Wife' Stars April & Jen Davis|Interview
    Nov 5 2025

This week, we’re joined by TLC’s Seeking Sister Wife stars April and Jen Davis for a candid conversation about family, love, and what life really looks like behind the scenes of their plural marriage.

The couple opens up about the arrival of their daughter, Charlene “Charlie” — who made her debut a week early — and how they’re adjusting to life with a newborn. “Two is a lot different than one,” Jen laughs, as they share how they’re finally getting some sleep, “looking out for each other,” and soaking in the joy of their growing family. Jen also talks about how she’s doing postpartum, giving full credit to the “love and support” she’s surrounded by every day.

But one name that doesn’t come up as the ladies talk about their family unit is Theresa, whose relationship with April, Jen, and Nick is featured this season. April hints that there are plenty of “ups and downs” with her and teases that fans will have to watch and see what happens. Still, she’s quick to make it clear that their family is “extremely happy” as things stand today.

April and Jen also take listeners back to the beginning, opening up about how their relationship started as a friendship and evolved into the foundation of their plural family. They explain why it “made more sense” for April and Jen to be legally married to one another, how they balance work and finances with Nick staying home, and the teamwork that goes into making their family dynamic work day to day.

From handling public criticism — and even pushback from extended family — to talking about growing old together and making retirement plans as “lifers,” the Davises share how they stay grounded and connected through it all. They even get into the details fans love: their sleeping arrangements, the infamous “boom boom room,” and how they made sure their new home could fit their 13-foot custom bed.

And yes — they’re still open to growing their family. Jen reveals she and April are back on the dating apps, and the two share what it’s really like to find a potential match in their unique situation. Plus, they tease what viewers can expect from the rest of this season of Seeking Sister Wife, airing Mondays at 9/8c on TLC.
