• Bend Into Balance: Holly Ladd, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach

    Holly Ladd is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Holly draws on her experience and education in teaching and communication to work with her clients to help them uncover the root cause of why they can’t make the changes they are looking for and to support them in finding their personal pathway to their health and wellness visions. She has helped clients lose weight, calm autoimmune symptoms, lower blood pressure, improve their outlook on life and regain energy and their zest for life. Clients enjoy her approach because it’s fun, self-directed and never overwhelming. In the end, Holly wants her clients to feel as good as they possibly can and knows that we all have more control over our health than we think. In addition to coaching client, Holly also served as a Course Facilitator at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy mentoring coaching students to develop and refine their skills.

    Most recently, Holly has become interested in the role of muscle in aging well and has been working on her own body composition to build more muscle. Holly enjoys the Bend lifestyle including cycling, mountain bike riding, hiking, paddle boarding, nordic skiing and working out, along with meditation, travel, reading, introducing her friends to healthy foods, an occasional glass of good wine and walking and playing with her dog.
