Who doesnt like animal facts?

I love them, so Siobhan is here to talk animals. She gives me an animal quiz to see what I know about New Zealand bugs and birds.

We also talk mental health, physical health and what she has been up to!

Good to be back on the mic after a very hard few months.

Sweet as.

I was so lucky to have Opeti come over and record an episode. We talk about growing up with his Mum, going to Tonga... then coming home from Tonga, getting in trouble and of course stand up comedy! We cover his mental health and what his triggers are.

We also talk about his drive and how it lead to him starting his own clothing line (Ink Knife) and The Kava Shack which I hope to visit soon.

One of the most coolest, driven and funniest dudes out there.

I would also love to know what you want to hear from the show? What sort of content and guests? Let me know!

OMG I got to talk to a real life wrestling ref!

And wow does she have a lifetime of stories to tell in and out of the ring! Such an interesting person to talk to, and someone who I think you will agree needs to come back and chat again. Everything we dive into could have been an episode on its own.

Anna started her adult life studying for a career in film and television, and even had several years on screen before a broken neck put a holt to it. She moved to writing and producing, but after her production partner ... well you will hear.

We cover lots in this including her own mental health journey, how she got into wrestling, and the dangers of head injuries and how it impacted former wrestlers

All this and more

If you want to check Anna out on Tic Tok you can here

Nice, enjoy

Note! We had a recording issue sadly during this episode where we had a SD Card fault. These things happen. Thankfully we only lost about 20 seconds of audio! Have put a little tone in when it happened, but thankfully we changed cards and hit go and finished the podcast!

Elaine Reilly joined me for a very over due chat. Have wanted to get her on here for ever. Such a cool person to talk to with a lifetime of great experience and knowledge! One of those people you could easily chat to for ages.

And got to hand it to her, she had a hard day, and still showed up to record! What a star!

We talk about leaving Scotland for New Zealand, holding a psycology degree and what it has taught her, and the work she does for REAP Tararua, including bringing in New Zealand comedy and education guru John Carr!

PLUS we debut the new and exciting quick fire round.

If you want to know more about REAP and the awesome work they do, check them out! https://www.reapaotearoa.nz/

And if you are in Tararua, you can get in learn more from Elaines awesome team here https://www.tararuareap.co.nz/

They do amazing work for the rural community

I will tell you who he is, he is this weeks guest on episode 88!

Manish Latch and I sat down and talked about his whole damn life, from being born in India, living in Oman, sport, his wife, his comedy and his energy. Heck we even talked about racism.

Heck we talked to much we didnt even get to mental health.

So will have to get him back for another episode!

Really good chat diving into a chill dude about life. Honestly could have just chatted all day.

If you want to find him on social media I urge you to do so on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/manny.latch/

Hope you enjoy!

Dont Jump!

Very happy to have a very cool guest on!

Neasha has been in recovery for CPTSD for 10 years now and joined me to tell just part of her story.

Orginally from America, she had a mission to move to New Zealand at 6 years old! But it has not been an easy road.

I dont want to give to much away as its an amazing story from an amazing person! I hope this story gives you some stregnth and encouragement to keep fighting.

You can follow her on Tik Tok - https://www.tiktok.com/@missxdeadpool

Totally need to get her back to hear the rest of the story.

And I want to hear your story! Reach out and let me know if your keen!

Ok first one back for the year and coming in STRONG with a great guest.

This guy is awesome, and I liked him from when I first met him. He is a geniune good guy and very cool!

Jase Stewart has been doing comedy just under a year and growing with every gig

He is also a life saver, Dad, partner and coach.

We talk comedy, anxiety and his kids.

Jase was so keen he insisted I upload the show ASAP

Hope you enjoy this one!

Thought something different might be welcome
